Dziennik bump98, 13 cze 10

Daughter got me on my bike again. This time we went over a mile with mixed biking and walking. Hills suck at this point. When I got back to the house I went as fast as I could around the block by myself. By the time I got back to the house I could barely get off my bike or stop myself from falling over. It sucks but I made it and I'm kinda proud. I don't know if it was moderate for the full trip which was about a hour but I say that only 15 min or so was walking. The great thing is that it was a easier than a couple weeks ago when I only made it about 10 min. I'm going to the doctor tomorrow for the first time since this change. Cant wait to see what she says.
