Guessing it's a Netflix documentary? They are laughing stocks. Stick with actual science from places like examine.com. I've had 200 grams of sugar a day for years. Healthy as can be.

I’m not sure. So it means all that isn’t true and the sugar doesn’t influence on liver system?

Sugar in fruit is metabolized the same way as any other source of sugar. Do you think for a second that fruit destroys our bodies? That is just fearmongering nonsense.

If your body has a healthy insulin production system it handles sugar far differently. Knowing about diabetes makes this “documentary” much more understandable.

Diablo360x but it’s better to eat 2 apples instead of glass of apple juice which has 5 apples, right? Or eat a banana instead of dried version

Meet your fiber, vitamin, fat and protein requirements and the rest won't make much if any difference if calories are on point.

What diseases did he get? Is this similar to the 'Magic Pill' film?

Yes — not all carbs are created equal. Complex carbs are part of a healthier diet. It is simple sugars, added sugars that are the biggest issue and, the amount that people eat.

In my opinion, there should be proportion. If u wanna lose weight, pls. U need to be in deficit. But whatever u’ll eat also matters. If u eat only fast food ur shape gonna be different. If u’ll eat properly those 1200 calories then body shape will look differently also. I was on calorie deficit but eating sugarry things, so i was quite skinny but with belly. Cz the fat was collecting there

Fruits are sugars, be careful. No doubt we need the fiber and the energy boost, just keep an eye on it. Moderation in everything. 🙋

He ate in a surplus and gained fat? If so, that would happen no matter what he ate. You can believe what you want. I have been eating 4-5 times that much sugar daily since 2012. And that is just what I've documented.

Diablo, were you eating healthy fats at that time or no?

Bonny, take a look at my diet calendar and my progress pics. You don't look different depending on what you eat. Get enough protein to sustain your lean mass and do some resistance training. Those are the determinants of how your body will look.

Sugar is technically a poison because it kills us. I was fit and started drinking monster and red bull.. When the exercise stopped it became obvious what was to blame. Fructose (mostly from fruit) is also the only sugar that can convert DIRECTLY to fat when it's not utilized immediately..
