Waaay too many carbs yesterday. And not the good kind of carbs, either...junkfood, reese's and those delicious strawberry fields tic tac candies. Well, I guess that just means I need to work off that carby storage today with a very intense and very satisfying workout. I'm looking forward to it!!!
