Got way off track today! I didn't have a plan for lunch so ended up grabbing some chinese for lunch. Had a great plan of grilled chicken on Salad but the kids were here and ended up ordering Pizza. My favorite, Pizza Hut Pan Supreme. I ate no 1 or 2 but 3 slices. At the end of the day I ended up with high fat, high carb and low protein. To top it off I didn't get my run in! Ugh; I'll never break through eating like that.
