Ok, day 9 is here!! I am feeling a little disappointed in myself because I expected a higher weightloss for the week, but losing 3lbs is obviously not bad! I think I failed a little too much this weekend. We didn't have the kids at all so we ended up doing quite a bit of drinking beer with friends and didn't really exercise too much. Clearly counter productive to my plan!!
As the day begins, I am excited to go work out at curves and perform the ballet warm up challenge! Should be a good hard leg work out!!
