This might seem like the most ridiculous thing ever, but today I celebrate a little victory: I like V8 juice. Finally.

Yep, this is a victory. V8 is one of those things I've always known that I should like, because it's an easy way to add veggies to your diet (and as long as you go with the low sodium recipe of it, it doesn't add a ton of sodium, either). But I could just never stand the taste of it, despite trying it every couple of months. But yesterday, I bought some, and drank a glass, and LIKED IT! So much, in fact, that I drank a glass with lunch today! And plan to keep drinking it 'til it's gone, and then buy more! Yay for more veggies!!!

So, the moral of the story is, if you don't like a particular food, don't give up on it!
