Dziennik jennayy, 22 cze 10

Okay, I'll admit it. I'm really miserable, since there is so much junk food at my house. Gonna resist, and hopefully it'll pay later.. Especially when I go on vacation in late July. Did lots of chores and kept myself busy yesterday too, so at least I'm productive?

This is what I ate today:

Day 3, (6/22/10):

Breakfast:
1 serving of Vegetable Lasagna [Guilty pleasure, but low in calories] (260 calories)
1 serving of boiled white corn (59 calories)

Lunch/Snack:
1 serving of boiled white corn (59 calories)
1 cup of watermelon (37 calories)
2 Ritz crackerfulls (260 calories)

Dinner:
1 large-sized bowl of beef pho [Leftovers] (700 calories)
1 cup of watermelon (37 calories)
1 small bowl of white meat/grilled chicken salad [No crutons, minimal dressing] (110 calories)
1/2 a banana (36 calories)


Total: 1558 calories (NEW- 1318 calories)
A little more than yesterday, but my body was starting to feel like it was being starved. So I upped my calories a little, and exercised a bit more today. I did 1 HR. of cardio (jogging/brisk walking + squats). Burned off 240 calories.
I feel a bit better already... a bit less sluggish than usual.
