I measured today for the first time in a month. Good news!
Neck - half inch off Bicep and forearm - no change Boobs - 2 inches lost Waist - 1.5 inches lost Hips - 1 inch lost Thighs - half inch lost Calves - no change
Overall inch loss: 5 inches!!
It's nice to see, visually, the changes taking place. It's much too soon to see any changes in the mirror, but the tape measure feels reassuring!
