Well, I am back at the gym this week. I went Wednesday to Step and today I went to the Power class (weights) and feeling good! I havent eaten well this week only because I had a friend visit from Georgia and the only times we have been able to get together is around food. I tried to do good but it is just so hard to do when you dine out. I have gained 2 lbs according to my scale...within a month! I blame my dancing injurie to my right calf. It still hurts but I think it's my fault because I havent tried to stretch it out but can't coulda woulda shoulda about it! I do not want to log that I gained 2 lbs but I am just gonna have to do it! 2 months to fit in to a size 18 dress..come on Jess! get your shiots together!
