For all those of you who need a sweet pick up.. Aldi's sell them by the till..18 calories the butterscotch and 17 the capuchino both for 2 sweets..0.5 sugar!!!! The butterscotch is delicious..yet to try the capuchino as just bought them now! Happy munching all you with an Aldi's nearby! 😋😋😋😃

Sugar free Werthers Originals are great either toffee or butter candy and come in around 15 Cals per treat :)

Dave10 I didn't actually know that they made a sugar free one TY for the info.. but I expect they come in more expensive..n I spent such a lot on seeds n other healthy food any saving for me is good!

31Ross tesco £1.30 toffees and about a pound for the butter candies I usually have a pack of each in the cupboard and they easily last a week so not too costly.
