good idea. I think a lot of my weight gain was because I ditched the scale. when I got back on it after 2 years, I told my husband it must be broken... no ways I could have gone from 65 to 75kgs? Haha. scale was not broken. nice fancy one to encourage monitoring!

Still have a fear of any and every body weight scale so I decided rather to be religious about strictly monitoring portion sizes and the food scale will definitely ensure that I'm getting a more accurate estimate of my calorie intake thus I won't need to weigh my body as regularly because it can be super intimidating and daunting. Often times just leaves me despondent anyway..
