Still doing well. :) Nighttime snacking is killing me though. Going to ignore my snacking urges and just hopefully either go to sleep and forget about it. Losing the extra weight is more important to me now than having a tasty little midnight snack.

This is what I ate today...
Day 7 (6/26/10):

Breakfast:
1 Ritz Crackerfull (130 calories)

Lunch/Snack:
1 Ritz Crackerfull (130 calories)
1 serving of ravioli (250 calories)
2 cups of watermelon (74 calories)

Dinner:
1 serving of sushi [8 ROLLS - california roll + tuna/spicy tuna roll & light soy sauce] (446 calories)
10 Honey Butter ritz crackers (160 calories)
1 cup of baby carrots [steamed] (54 calories)
2 cups of brocoli [steamed] (50 calories)

TOTAL: 1293 calories (NEW- 1093 calories)

Did the same thing for exercise... Cardio with jogging, stretching, and brisk walking. I burned off a total of 200 calories. It's strange.. because I'm starting to eat a lot less than before without even thinking about it. Gonna try to get back on my usual calorie count later, so my body doesn't feel like it's starving itself.
