I'm not a trainer or a doctor, so take this with a grain of salt, but you may be working out too much. This will cause you body to go into stavation mode (esp if you're going on a low calorie diet) and retain fat to help build muscle with all that exercise. Try reducing your workouts to light regular cardio. Basically, you can't do both. If you're going to exercise like mad then you need to add calories and protein to compensate. Again, this is not professional advice and you may want to consult a doctor.
