I've had a couple of weak cookie nights in a row...but I've been getting my exercises done, so it kinda makes up for it...no excuses though!

I'm still hopeful about my weigh in on Tuesday night! But who knows? The food here in camp is kinda good, so maybe a bit too much salt...but I do feel thinner, so I guess we'll see...hoping for under 210!

Gonna change up the meals tomorrow. I've been having soup & fruit for lunch for quite a while now, so time to have soup & salad for dinner and have a more protein rich lunch!

Anyway, only three more sleeps in camp then I'm off until the New Year!

I like your meal plan Madjak, I tend to go heavier at lunch, and lighter at dinner if possible. It makes it easier to fight off the 'noid. I bet your excited to get home for the holidays! Man, that sounds fun even from here! lol
