My Goodness!! This weight loss thing is so hard and frustrating! Just when I feel like I'm catching on, I enter into my food journal and find that I'm over by like 7 points for the day!! I will not give up, though. I want to get the weight off, and I will!!

maybe ww is too hard?? do you know exactly how to follow it?? my aunt seems to really like it... you will do better... we all had to learn to get this far!

I did the WW diet as well. The flex system works the best if you want to keep track of your points accurately...and then it takes a week or so to learn what the foods will cost you in points, but after that it becomes really easy! you can do it!

keep at it you will get there it gets easyer as time goes on goodluck an keep up the good work :D

I think it's easier to keep a running total throughout the day. When I was counting points, I didn't have to write anything down. I just kept a tally in my mind. That way, I always knew how many points I had left to "spend". But if you're following the Flex plan, you have 35 extra points a week to play with so you are still doing ok, even with the 7 extra for the day.

Are you tracking your exercise/real life calories too? Maybe you need more points if you are really active -- even standing burns calories (I love entering that one in!)

Hey sis... I did it too... what I did (to keep track) was, made a beaded bracelet with the alloted amount of point (used round garnets, I believe, spaced with pearl and some little glass ones to make the proper length. Then, I attached a charm on an unattached clasp to move around the bracelet as I at through the day so I could count my points by 5's. Chin up chicca! I know... after calculating my calories from yesterday, I've come to realize that I'd reverted to my nibbling ways and was eating more than I could to lose without much in the way of exercise. =S BAH! Keep up the hard work, you're doin' it!! Hey, hows that daughter... she still ok after ruining the car?? xoxo
