Going strong. Was tempted to make a small pit stop to go get Cake Batter ice cream at a Cold Stone near my house, but it was closed (THANK GOODNESS!). I still have temptations of breaking my diet, but I guess that's just normal. After this week, I'm hoping that it'll change. Gonna go look up healthy food recipes here later....
This is what I ate yesterday: Breakfast: 1 serving of beef pho [medium bowl- 590 calories] 1 cup of cantaloupe (60 calories)
Lunch/Snacktime: 1 serving of string cheese (80 calories) 1 cup of cantaloupe (60 calories) 2 Toll-house white chocolate macademia cookies... [I needed this. :'(] ( 380 calories)
Dinner: 1 6 in subway sandwhich [turkey, light mayo, lettuce, cucumber, tomato] (350 calories) 1 small bag of Baked Lays Chips [Original] (120 calories)
TOTAL: 1640 calories..
Did some running, and brisk walking yesterday. It was a busy day, and I was walking a lot (running erands). Not only that, but I ran around like a maniac at the mall all day. So.. I didn't work out yesterday. Not sure how many calories I burned, but I'll make it up by working out extra hard later today. I'm pooped.
