Made sure I was counted my calories today.. and not go overboard by all the tempting food I encountered earlier.
This is what I ate today: Breakfast: 1 pkg Keebler Cheddar Crackers (190 calories) 1 serving of string cheese (80 calories) Lunch/Snack: 1 medium serving of leftover beef pho (575 calories) 1/2 serving of mini-chocolate eclairs (190 calories) Dinner: 1 small serving of Lasagna (360 calories) 2 cups of steamed brocoli (50 calories) 1 cup of steamed baby carrots (70 calories) 1 cup cantaloupe (60 calories)
TOTAL: 1575 calories
Stayed hydrated and did a cardio workout (Ran 2 miles, speed-walked 2 1/2 miles) for about 1 hr and 11 min. Burned off 407 calories. I also did a set of pushups, sit-ups, and jumping jacks. Might as well go all out, since I had eclairs... :p
