Well it's a new year & I'm back in camp for another two week stint...back to the diet (away from the family goodies that I love & only have the camp cookies to walk away from) and exercise routine.

Being back at work will do me good. I burn a lot of calories just walking around all day and climbing ladders. But this year I want to build more muscle, as well as lose another 30lbs.

Anyway, I have to get to work...so have a great one!
