Day one was no temptations ... Day two, holy cow!
My ride to work decided she couldnt do without a sonic 'mocha java chiller' to get her started. Um ... HELLOOOOO ... that's nothing but 98% milkshake with 2% coffee. She'd have done tons better with almost anything else.
Okay ... so my lunch yesterday *could* have been better. Three of us went to a thai restaurant where I had tamarind prawns ... no big deal ... however it was the bites of of fried calamari and the fried egg roll I could have done without. But, you know, I learned from the experience and I didnt eat the quantity that I normally would have.
But, I think I did really well on my 'recovery' for my dinner. When my husband met me at work, I asked what's for dinner ... then promptly suggested Panera so I could get the you pick two. I knew it was better than anything I had in my freezer! (Smart, I know!) I was SHOCKED when I came home and put in the nutritional value to find out how low in calories everything was! Yea Dabs!
So, because I made a good decision and drank lots of water ... I again saw the scale move just a nudge this morning.
