I have tried a veggie smoothie and a fruit smoothie over the weekend - It went pretty well ! I think I will be having more of those.
I got 45 mins walking yesterday and 35 minutes walking this morning. I also did 10 mins of light weights.
I have made a commitment to myself to try to have cereal and milk for breakfast everyday and try to eat oats for dinner. This will help me stay focus and not have junk. My biggest challenge right now is to cut out the unhealthy snacks, the cookies, chips, chocolate, ice cream etc Only trying to snack on fresh fruits and veggies.

Smoothies are great, but be a little careful they can be hugely calorific as it's much easier to drink a big one than it would be to chew your way through the contents would've.

When i started on my journey i used to make smoothies and i was shocked by the calories but at least it was natural sugars. That said they are a good way to get some fruit into the diet if like me i was never a fruit fan. You will find your balance :)
