Good exercise start for the day. Plantar pain is almost down to nothing. I can't believe it. It is amazing, last week i could hardly walk without looking 75 years old.

Today i feel like i could run, but I'm not gonna push my luck.

Last night had some extra protein in the neighborhood of 500 calories, but very little fat, so I don't feel so guilty about that.

Good workout this morning on the Spin Cycle at 50 minutes around 130 bpm, should yield me about 500 cals of burned energy.
