I just read your bio & I can really relate...I too feel like I have achieved success in my career, yet I feel judged by my personal appearance. I guess you could call the lifestyle changes "level-setting," lol. Don't beat yourself up over chocolate cake...I think if you allow yourself treats & learn to enjoy them in moderation, you're less likely to build up cravings for them & just go nuts.
