Day 3: I am feeling so good about "this time". Don't we always say that though? For some reason however, in the past, I have thought I knew so much about HOW to get healthy I just had to DO it... I am now finding out that I really don't know much and I have this hunger to learn. I want to learn about nutrition and getting myself and my entire family healthy. Yes, I desperately want to lose weight but I know that will come with getting healthy!

You have to stop thinking of it as temporary and make the changes you can see yourself keeping with forever.
