Hi, Hope you've gotten your house cooled off a little. You had asked for someone to look at your diet calendar.
One of the first things I noticed is that you are not getting the 12-15 net carbs of vegetables every day that you should have on Atkins. That is probably why you are feeling so tired lately.
Your carb count is very low every day also. The plan wants you to be at not less than 20 net carbs daily, as close to 20 as possible during induction and an increase of 5 grams per week after that.
Maybe following through on those 2 areas would help to get rid of the tiredness and get your weight loss back on track. Good luck! Hope this helps.
