Day 4: I am cranky today :( Not having a great day at work and this is the kind of day that would throw me for a loop and a stop through the nearest drive thru on my way home. I am dealing though.. I am definately ready to leave work but I don't feel that push to just eat crap so that is a plus. Made it through a movie last night with no snacks..didn't even miss them. I am having small successes and enjoying them.
I am having fun coming up with new recipes and trying new combinations of veggies in order to keep my meals more low calorie.

I hate when I have cranky days, All you want to do is just crawl in bed with a cheeseburger..gross visual I know, but that is what I always feel like doing. best choice is to pass on those drive thrus and head home and cook a fun meal...look up a recipe and try and make it work...Just push yourself to think that tomorrow will be better :)
