As suspected, my trade show trip led to about 6 pounds of extra weight. It’s going to be a priority to start accurately tracking again and Get back to my goal weight. Now that the warm months are on us, I find my activity levels are up, but they are leading to more hunger impulses. I need to keep in mind that thirst can be mis-interpreted as hunger, and go for glasses of water first. Good luck to all my Fat Secret friends on this journey! Johnny O
