The 185 lb mark I have made several times in the past couple years, getting below 185lbs and staying there is a big challenge for me. I begin to lose interest and commitment at this point but this time I am going below 185 and I will see the 170's... I smell it, I feel it and I know it's going happen. My Birthday is in 6 weeks and I am determined to be under 180 lbs by my Birthday !
