My baby is almost 3 weeks old and I have about 18 lbs to lose to get to my pre-baby weight. Let's not even go into how much I have to lose to get to a healthy or happy weight. *sigh*. I'm exclusively nursing at the moment, so I'm always hungry for all the wrong things - fatty, sugary, goodies. Like today's breakfast. Guess I need to work on that.
