did day 2 of week 3 of C25K today, I found the 2nd 3 min run really hard again. If I still find it hard on day 3 I think I will repeat the week again next week.
did 20 of each stomach exercise yeaterday and today.
I had to resist cakes at work AGAIN today, it must be over a week now that there have been cakes at work every day!! Why am I being tested?!
