Hey girl.. Yes the take out is a killa... Do you drink coffee or tea for a boost in the morning.. I read somewhere that the caffine speeds up the metabolism and also gives the boost.. Green tea is good for detox.. and stuff that doesn't cost much, fiber, wheat bread, raisins, coffee,sun chips, fiber and more fiber, will clean you out good.. and helps with weight lost... Keep ya head! We can do this!
