I have been having a new (food?) allergy reaction again and have no idea what the new culprit(s) are. I am still avoiding the ones I know of (fish, apple, potatoe, pumpkin, bell pepper, celery, quinoa, cucumber, soy, sunflower seeds/oil...which is hidden in A LOT of stuff like margarine, premade/restaurant dishes oil, etc.), so that isn't the problem. It must be something new.
I wondered if it was any of my hair/face care products. But even though I haven't used them on the irritated skin (face wash/lotion), and though I changed back to something that wasn't bothering me last month (shampoo/conditioners), my whole forehead is broken out in a rash.
So..... I am going to document everything I eat and use. Hopefully I can figure this out.
