I did a 4th day of week 3 in C25K yesterday morning, I still don't feel ready to move on to week 4 yet. no stomach exercises though.
Went out for a chineese buffett yesterday for a freind's birthday, I didn't eat as much as I would have done before, I tried to match my freind who is skinny and I still got full up! I was naughty though and had some puddings (tiney bite sized but still puddings!)
even though I ate too many calories yesterday my run in the morning has balanced it out and I still burnt some. I also lost some weight again yesterday, but its back today (boo)
