I seem to be stabilising. I've got to keep my intake at about 15-1600 calories a day to stay stable it seems. Whenever I get back to exercising, whenever, that is to say, I feel less weak, I'll probably be able to raise my calorie intake by a couple of hundred calories. Ideally, I'd like my weight to stay stable in the mid-160s.
