Yeah for walking!!!! And HILLS?!?!? Wow...that makes a HUGE difference!!! That's awesome!!!! We SHOULD be proud of every good choice we make!!! :)
I'm SO happy to report I DID bust into the 170's today!!! I did a work out with husband and daughter about 10 pm last night.....AND decided to go to my original gym....membership still good till sept!!!.....AND try and talk my sister into coming along this morning! She went for it!!! I couldn't have been happier seeing 170.....okay 179 to be exact!!!! Don't recall last time I saw 170's!!!!!
Hafta tell ya funny one.....I warned my husband of the weight fluctuation. I KNOW he is NOT 100% committed....and going more or less for me. So he losses 7pounds in 4 days....then gains a pound....THEN last night after our work out...hits mc Donalds ....4 sandwiches and SUPER size fries!!!!! We added calories when we got home...3000!!!!!! omg....don't have to worry about being jealous of that 7 pounds anymore!!!! Lol he says he LOVES food...and hard to not eat things he craves!!! I said "please you are preaching to the choir". Like I don't know that!!!! Men!!!! Lol
