An increase again... last week was a doozy. With the workshop, going out every night and the wedding my eating was out of whack and my exercise was pretty much non-existent. It's a new week, though, which means a new start! I'm even going to make an effort to go on my first mountain bike ride this week. Maybe Wednesday night. Wish me luck!
