So this week. I didn't work out at all. Alot of things went on. My grandpa was in ICU and my dad had surgery. So the family was taking turns with them plus I working alot. Hopefully this week I can get on to track.

I am sorry to hear that! I can understand though. I lost my mom two weeks ago after a 2 year battle with cancer. It's been a hard couple of weeks but I am finally back in the swing of exercising...the eating part still needs some help.
