Everything's going well. This is what I ate today, since I haven't really recorded what I ate lately..
Breakfast: 1 serving of vegetable soup (300 calories)
Lunch: 1 serving of fettuccine alfredo (270 calories) 1 serving of yogurt (110 calories) 1 serving baked lays chips (140 calories)
Dinner: 1 small grilled chicken/spinach sandwich (310 calories) 1 serving of baked lays chips (130 calories) 2 cups of cantaloupe (120 calories)
TOTAL: 1380 calories Drink a lot of water nowadays... Someday I'll go back to tea. Trying to flush out the toxins. I did a lot of cardio (jogging), calisthenics, and burned off about 325 calories. Pretty good day. :)
