Dziennik Half-Dozen-plus1-Angels, 09 lut 13

Ok, so yesterday didn't go as planned. I've been so consumed with myself, that I didn't take into account our 'Pizza & Game Night' last night. My kids love when I play with them, so I decided not to take that away. Therefore, I decided to go with the flow... including the pizza.

But today I was very motivated. I attended a B-day party with a couple of my little ones and I didn't cheat! I ONLY ate some naked 'fresh fruit' medley and 2 beef hot dogs WITHOUT the bun! That was huge for me, because those adorable cupcakes were calling my name AND they also had various flavored cheesecake... UGH!!! That was challenging! Not to mention all the yummy snack foods, dips, etc... But kudos to the host for having a Fresh Fruit Salad with no additives. Now to get back into my workout routine... most of the post-biopsy pain / discomfort is gone now. Let's get it!
