I am dedicating today to positive energy! I will not let negative things bring me down and hold me back, I will look for the positive in all things! I was looking at my stats this morning and I have to say my chart looks good. continual loss no matter the time frame. I am way healthier now than when I started. I can easily walk 2 or 3 miles in the Louisiana heat and humidity, which I couldn't, or maybe it was just wouldn't,do when I started. My blood pressure is down to a very healthy level and I haven't turned to emotional eating during this very difficult time of my life. I have come a long way and I am proud of myself!
Now off to break some boards karate style!
