Been really watching calories and swimming each night. I could feel this drop in bed this morning. Heading into a holiday weekend with lots of food and drinks I need to stay in touch with myself and not cave. THe PAIN OF DISCIPLINE IS LESS THAN THE PAIN OF REGRET. My new mantra.
