I am to imagine myself at my goal weight. I'm waiting on the image to surface. Saw Inception this weekend so as dreams go....I can imagine it if I want to....well I do. The pass week was not to my expectations. I celebrate last week for the first day of my walk/job for 36 minutes and today 39 minutes so even tho it may feel that is was a bad week it really wasn't.
It's amazing that when you put your thoughts to words on a page, all that you thought was bad wasn't. You can always find the celebration in it. Just look pass it! I celebrate last week. I anticipate this week. I see me at my goal weight.
