Not much weight loss this week...pretty bummed about that. For my 2 weeks that is a little over 11 lbs. However, I did lose another 7 inches all over (2 inches around my stomach -which is 4.255inches in just 2 weeks) So I'm down 17.75 inches all over for 2 week total

Holy cow! That is some loss in inches! The inches are SO much more important than the scale. That is so awesome. You are so smart to be watching inches. I sure wish I had started that way. I just took my measurements last week and they were not as bad as I had expected. I did it because the scale was not moving but I knew I was making headway and wanted thte reassurance. How often do you take measurements? I am thinking I should be measuring once a week.
