Crossfit 2x per week (Wednesday and one weekend day) Walk to work and back everyday (approx 3 miles round trip & 100 cals)
Eat a clean, paleo-like diet (not ready to give up my whole wheat yet!) Breakfast: Eggs, bacon, sandwich thin Snack: Apple, Almonds Lunch: Turkey, Salad, Coconut oil dressing, Snack: Banana Dinner: 1/2 cup wheat pasta, chicken, vegetable, apple cider vinegar Snack: Diet drink, 2 dates with coconut
Study: Mon, Tues, Thurs for 4 hours a night, and 6 hours on each Saturday and Sunday. Wednesday is TV, Gym, Tan, wax aka primp day.
