today is Aug, 1st. I really don't think i had a good day I felt like I ate too much. For breakfast I had 2 not 1 bluberry bagels with some butter. for lunch well it was after 4 pm when I made some nachos for my some and I ate some I made them with tostito mini chips ,beans reduced fat mexican cheese and some avacado w/ tomatoes. for dinner I had 1 homade tortilla with 3 slices of beef fajita meat. with avacado slices. I made potato salad with olives ,pimentos ,green onions,celery ,bread and butter jal. pickles with cilanto I used light mayo also.
