Day 47:

"You will never change your life until you change something you do daily. Movement is a medicine for creating change in a person’s physical, emotional, and mental states".

For the past few weeks, I have been making several small changes in my life. I have given up sodas and am now only drink water. I also changed my eating habits. I am now following a lower calorie diet and trying to eat more vegetables and fruit. I plan out all my meals and measure/weigh everything that goes into my month. And so far, all of these changes are helping me on my weight loss journey. However, movement/exercise is the concept that I still need to work the most on. I haven't made exercise a priority this week. I did so well last week and ended up exercising 5 days. But this week has been a different story. And it's not that I don't have time, cause I do. I am just being lazy this week. So, my goal next week is to do better and come up with an exercise plan for the week. Hopefully if I plan it all out, I will be better able to follow that plan. Wish me luck! :)

Even little things like standing instead of sitting, taking the stairs or doing five minutes of exercsie slowly add up over a year... Maybe you could start small like that

One thing I noticed in my diet calendar is I burn more calories sitting than I do "resting". I don't know what they consider resting but if it's more calories it must mean like reclining or actually lying down but not sleeping. I changed my default "exercise" to start with sleeping and sitting. Unless you are actually lying down I wouldn't use resting. Just a thought...
