The raw food diet is supported by Maximized living and I have been somewhat following it for the past 6 months. I have decided to get serious with changing my eating habits to more raw foods as well as exercise. I want to record my success, successfully. Starting today I plan on doing my best to eat healthier, get out and moving around and healing my body from the inside out. As I find recipes I will post them in my journals as well. I am starting off with a sprained ankle as well so the next two weeks or so will be a little hard but I will push through.
