today is aug 2 for breakfast I had a bananshake made w/fatfree milk 1 cup,1 med banana dash of cinnamon a little vanilla.for lunch I had an open face ham and cheese with avacado slices. 2 slices of 100% whole wheat toast, 4 slices saved deli ham, 1 serving of reduced fat mexican shreaded cheese,1 seving of light mayo, 1 serving of spicy brown mustard,4 slices of a hass avacado. and 3 keebler coco choc chip cookies. I was getting hungry bannana shake by itself for breakfast is not enough.
