Today would have been good if I hadn't had the pieces of pizza for lunch...but I knew they would go to waste if I didn't eat them...and I'm a cheap...I mean frugal guy!

The trip up here went smooth, if not quickly...got stuck behind a truck that added 40 mins to my trip...and there was an accident at the beginning that took 15 mins to get past, so the trip was about an hour longer than expected.

Tomorrow I will start with the new diet...have to hit the grocery store & pick up the items for the week.
