Didn't do too much today. I was feeling pretty blah. Eating was on point. I still have to do my exercises for the day. But I find that no matter how hard I try it is hard for me to get the workout done early, so I'm always doing them at night. Bike ride was short but good. I love it. I am on day 6 of my P90X workout, so I have 84 more to go for this series. I am loving it. I feel real good about that. Overall it was a good day. Hope you're doing well!

King...I have had the program since 2007 but never really did them. I just started the one of the three programs within the system which is lean. The other two are classic and doubles. I began on Sunday the 1st of the month. I have already seen results in the mirror. On my page you should be able to see some photos I posted. Me in the orange was before I started and the blue shirt is this morning after just 6 days of the program. My son and hubby both told me 'WOW you like thin'. If you have children you know they don't lie about what they see. So I felt real good! I never got that kind of reaction from them before when I was working out with a personal trainer and busting my ass on in the gym doing lots of cardio classes. SO it really works! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT! Especially if you want results that you're failing to get otherwise.

Ab, when you buy the program it comes with a chin up bar and 3 resistance bands. Really that is all you need. However, if you're more a weights kind of person then you will need to buy a few different weights. Oh sorry, you need a mat when you do floor exercise unless your doing it on carpet. The P90X progran is about $120 plus tax and shipping. The weights depend on the size and how many different sets you get. The mat can be as little as $12. Have a wonderful Sunday!
