started p90x this week and didn't see any weight loss. not too worried. will weigh in at the doctor to see how much fat lost, and how much muscle gained..will probably wait another 2 weeks before I weigh.

Hi, Today is Day 1 of my 2nd week of P90X... so I'm new to P90X too. I weighed this morning and no weight loss for me either. I'm super motivated and been doing well with my diet so I'm thinking its just my muscles changing and they weigh more than fat. Good Luck and stay motivated!!

I just finished my 1st workout for week 2. I can't believe I actually made it past the first week. YAY! Have you guys tried to take measurements? That afterall is where it counts in the beginning since Cristie is right muscle is forming and does weigh more than fat. I think if you measure yourselves, you'll notice that you have lost several inches. I know I did: 8.75 inches. WOOT WOOT! Good job to you both! WE CAN DO THIS!!!
